At Apollo Centre conference suites, enjoy private meetings within a commercial building in the heart of bustling Westlands. Each suite boasts generous space, opening out to spacious balconies with ample secure parking. Tea & lunch are served in the balcony areas covered with sailing canopies for a relaxed atmosphere. Clients also have the option for self-catering. The suites are a hideaway for all business and social meetings with exclusivity and convenience for executives, individuals, corporates and groups.

OUR ROOMS

Apollo Centre conference suites comprise of meeting rooms of 8 guests, 10 guests and an executive boardroom that holds 18 guests. A state of the art auditorium with a modern sitting capacity of 40 guests ideal for training and a more relaxed discussion area with video illustrations. Our training room can hold 30 guests on U- shape set up and 44 guests in a classroom setup, the room is ideal for corporate training, promotional training and interactive training. It can also be divided into two rooms for discussion groups.

Our world-class boardroom provides the perfect meeting place for executive meetings. With a capacity of up to 18 persons, it is equipped with an extra-large LCD screen & teleconferencing facilities, guaranteeing both comfort and privacy.

Our auditorium can hold up to 40 people & is equipped with state of the art equipment. It has a high definition projector with a surround sound system suitable for audio/ visual presentations or training.

Training Room

Our training room can hold 30 guests in a U-shape setup and 44 guests in a classroom setup. The room is ideal for corporate, promotional or interactive training. It can also be divided into two rooms for break-out sessions.

Ngong Hills

Perfect for more personal meetings, this room provides smaller groups with an intimate atmosphere. Equipped with an LCD screen for presenting groundbreaking ideas for discussion.

Taita Hills

Entertainment Area

The entertainment area has a sitting capacity of 80 guests with dining tables, 100 guests in a classroom setup & 150 guests in a cocktail setup.
